Live-in care refers to a service where a professional caregiver/ helper resides in the home of the senior requiring assistance for daily living, providing round-the-clock support. This model of care is beneficial for seniors who wish to maintain independence in a familiar environment while receiving personalized care.
This service consists of:
Companionship – Emotional support and activities
Personal Care Assistance – Grooming, Toileting, Dressing, Showering and Mobility
Medication Management – Ensure medications are taken on time and as prescribed
Meal Preparation – Cooking nutritious meals based on dietary needs
Household Tasks – Light housekeeping, laundry and maintain a safe and conducive living environment
24/7 Services – We respond to your enquiries and issues with your caregiver / helper promptly.
After Sales Service – We provide assistance to you even after the placement has been completed.
House Visits – Our consultants will conduct home visits to check on the well-being of your loved one as well as your caregiver / helper; weekly basis for the 1st month and monthly basis for the next 5 months.
Assessment of Care – We offer a free assessment of your loved one’s care needs and match them with the right caregiver / helper to ensure the highest quality of care. This also includes FREE Home Safety Assessment, FREE Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) in context of potential dementia.
